With dance and musical theatre being my earliest passions, I honed these skills through three years of professional training at the "Millenium Performing Arts School".

After my graduation, I dabbled in diverse performance-related roles until a thrilling opportunity arose at the end of my first year when I was offered a spot at the prestigious “Francesca Selva Contemporary Dance School” in Siena, Italy.

Though an enriching experience, I returned to England confused about my path until a friend introduced me to Zumba, igniting a passion for teaching In 2016. My big career change came in 2018 at Frame in London, where I discovered Barre. Out of all the styles we explored, Barre was the toughest because it pushed me out of my comfort zone.

It was more demanding than my dance training had ever prepared me for because it required my voice, not just visual cues, but guiding my students through each muscle and movement.

With perseverance, teaching Barre nearly every day, I grew as an instructor. I saw my body change and was rewarded by the progress of my students.

Four years on, I'm head over heels in love with Barre and blessed to have collaborated with the 'Deliciously Ella' app, reaching Barre enthusiasts worldwide.
